@snorks You're really stretching to be right here. Virtually none of those will be of actual or practical consideration to a buyer. It will be quite quantifiable factors like proximity to public transport, schools, the CBD, potential tenant markets like universities or hospitals.

@snorks Measure it then. The trajectory of a graduate career will be a confluence of a degree and their diligence, aptitude, social ability, opportunity/luck and ambition. Make sure that you include all these factors. Versus a simple property valuation.
